This is the most ambitious field of product development - we lastly achieved it together with and for Expo Chur and its product "Guarda". Completely new inventions are being developed and transposed in a truly creative process.
REASSEMBLE THE NEW
Deconstruction is a proven principal, where existing products and business models are being disassembled, reviewed for its original value propositions and then reassembled in a new sense and context.
TRANSFORM THE NEW
Within transformation we apply
new findings und formats
to existing products. Thus new value and performance bonds for new target groups arise. Amongst them are for instance all "hybrid" approaches.
CLONE THE NEW
Here we identify clever solutions from different industries and try to take them up and translate them into your or your product's context.
Explicitly, this is no simple "save as". It rather is crucial to enrich existing concepts with original ideas.
